TMS BOS is a web-based Maintenance Operation System developed by Planck Signaling to digitalise TMS work orders. Maintenance teams connect through a browser to enter and manage work orders end to end, replacing paper-based workflows and keeping all maintenance data in a single, structured system. The platform was planned at the start of 2023, delivered the same year and has been in active use ever since.
Digital forms allow maintenance forms to be created and updated online — eliminating paper records and storing data securely. The system relies on MongoDB for safe, easily accessible and manageable data storage. Together with a user-friendly interface, this lets maintenance operations be carried out quickly and with fewer errors, while digitalising maintenance workflows boosts efficiency, reduces human error and brings transparency to operations.
