Smart Train is a remote monitoring and intervention platform developed by Planck Signaling and delivered to TMS in 2024 for use on TCDD HT65000 high-speed trains. The system allows train data to be monitored live from anywhere with remote access, supports in-motion intervention while the train is running, and enables historical analytics to continuously improve maintenance and operations.
Data acquired from the MVB train bus is streamed into a central database, providing operators with a single source of truth for both real-time supervision and post-trip analysis. This makes it possible to react quickly to operational events, identify recurring issues across the fleet and feed structured insights back into maintenance planning.
Remote monitoring and intervention requirements defined with TMS for HT65000 fleet; MVB data model, central database and live-access architecture designed.
On-board acquisition from MVB integrated with central database; remote monitoring UI, intervention flows and historical analytics implemented end to end.
On-train and back-office tests; live data flow, in-motion intervention and analytical reports verified against acceptance criteria.
Smart Train delivered to TMS and deployed on TCDD HT65000 high-speed trains; remote monitoring and intervention enabled fleet-wide.
